2 sessions - People signing up for one session DO NOT have to sign up for the other session.
They can but don’t have to. Session 1: full meal (starter > Main course > dessert) The desert will be provided, not cooked together, because of time limitation. Details on the desert will be provided though.

Session 2 : Café gourmand – a current French trend Café gourmand is when you get a variety of deserts served with your coffee. Well, we’ll learn how to make between 4 and 6 different deserts (Tiramisu, floating islands, chocolate mousse…).  French dinner will be provided but not cooked together, because of time limitation. The many deserts made will be taken home in cute individual portions to please the various SFS families participation!
