Spice up your drinks and nibbles! Come learn basic techniques, loads of variations on, and ideas for using syrups and salsas.  We’ll start with Vanilla Bean and Gingerbread Latte syrups, perfect for coffee, and continue with Ginger syrup, which can be used in mixed drinks and fruit salads, and Lemon syrup and Lavender syrup for refreshing summer drinks.  You’ll have a chance to sample several of these drinks.

Then we’ll talk about tomato and fruit salsas we can make here in Korea during all seasons, with ideal ingredients as well as substitutions and converting your salsa into delicious guacamole. We’ll enjoy the salsas we make together with chips, quesadillas and drinks.  You’ll head home with at least one type each of salsa and syrup and a booklet of recipes and ideas.
